Holly is one of the most respected developers specializing in adaptive use and infill. She is the current manager of the Historic Courthouse. After the meeting she planned to draw up designs, apply for a down zone change for July (Business to residential), apply for tax credits by the fall, and come back to the neighborhood with information. In a perfect world that would mean construction next fall.
